Terms
These terms are between you and Giorgi Abelashvili, who makes CrashFix. By installing or using CrashFix you agree to them.
Your license
- A license lets you use CrashFix on as many Macs as it has seats, for you or your company.
- It covers every version released until its updates date, and those versions keep working after that date. Renewing adds another year of new versions.
- You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or remove the license check.
- The free trial gives you every feature for 14 days. Pilot licenses are given for the pilot period and may end with it.
Buying
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT. Refunds follow the refund policy.
AI suggestions
- CrashFix uses AI models you choose to suggest causes and fixes. Suggestions can be wrong. Review every change before you merge or ship it; you're responsible for the code you ship.
- Your use of each AI provider and each connected service (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins and so on) is governed by your agreement with them, and any costs they charge are yours.
Your code and data
Your code, crash data and fixes are yours. CrashFix doesn't send them to me; see the privacy policy.
No warranty
CrashFix is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than you paid for your license in the 12 months before a claim, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: [email protected].
