Privacy
Short version: CrashFix runs on your Mac, sends your crashes and code only to the AI provider you choose, and doesn't collect anything about you or how you use it.
The CrashFix app
- No account, no analytics, no tracking. CrashFix has no sign-in and sends no usage data.
- AI providers. When you analyze a crash, CrashFix sends the crash report, the ticket text you imported and excerpts of your code to the AI provider you picked (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), using your own API key or your own Claude Code sign-in. That data is governed by your agreement with that provider, not by CrashFix.
- Your other services. CrashFix talks directly to the services you connect (for example Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, GitHub, Jira, Trello, Jenkins, Slack) with the credentials you enter. They're stored in your Mac's Keychain and never sent to me.
- Updates. The app checks crashfix.io for new versions. That request carries your IP address and the app's version, like any web request.
- License keys are checked offline, inside the app.
This website
- crashfix.io is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses to serve and protect the site. There are no cookies, analytics or ads.
- The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.
- The pilot form. What you enter is stored so I can reply to you, and isn't used for anything else. Ask me and I'll delete it.
Buying CrashFix
- Payments are handled by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for CrashFix. Paddle processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; I never see your card.
- To issue your license, I keep your email address, name, the transaction ID and the license details. License emails are sent through Resend.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, at [email protected]. CrashFix is made by Giorgi Abelashvili, who is responsible for this data.
